Sea View at Jomtien Beach

Jomtien Beach Condominium is located in Jomtien, directly on Jomtien Beach. The complex provides guests with many great facilities, including: a lovely salt water swimming pool, a children's pool, fitness center, secure undercover parking, elevators and security.

This one bedroom 16th floor apartment provides a seating area with a large sofa and flat screen TV and a European style kitchen with a fridge/freezer, kettle, oven & hob. The bedroom provides a large double bed and a flat screen TV, and there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. There is also a balcony from which you can enjoy sea views.

There are a whole host of amenities in Jomtien that residents can take advantage of, including a vast selection of shops, markets, a variety of restaurants both international and local, bars, beauty salons, massage parlors, fitness centers and many water sports available on the 6 km golden sands of Jomtien Beach.

From Jomtien Beach Road you can catch a Baht Bus that will take you into the center of Pattaya where you can enjoy the bustling city, including a huge range of shopping, tourist attractions, more beaches and a lively nightlife.

There is an abundance of attractions in the area, including Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Garden, Pattaya Floating Market, the Sanctuary of Truth, Tiffany's cabaret show, the scenic island of Koh Larn and numerous golf courses to name a few!

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 1pm-6pm and check-out is 9am-11am (unless otherwise agreed in advance)
- Pets are not allowed at the property
- There is free parking on premises.

Please Note: As this is a self-catering apartment and not a hotel, utilities are not included in the rental cost and will be charged on check out.
A Security Deposit of 5,000 Baht is required on check-in, returnable on check-out.
