Exactly how all these low score negative reviews are absolute nonsense. First of all you violated non-smoking policy and we did not charge even a fine, not mentioning that normally guests are removed from the accommodation. next violators will instantly be removed and their reservations cancelled without a refund. I'd wish to present here a photo or video of what you described as "delapidated room" , i am sure many would be surprised about the reality. Lastly people like you do not deserve to breath this prescious oxygen. I think we should live in transparent and true information, tolerance to others and emphaty. Who wants to come to a smelly room of cigarettes if they book a non smoking room? Yeah but your selfishness obviously doesn't answer this.

Thanks for good review, nice to host you and friends. Yes , i understand the comment on pool, but there are 2 pools of about 5x3m with jacuzzi which we consider as plunge pools . We cannot change on that, but the rest we will always do our best.

Thanks for review, but we did not receive any email from you. Right after reservation our own system sends out automatically a confirmation email with all details of what you booked, where is the check in location along with the exact location of your booked house ! We can't do it better! Just please check your junk box or contact the agent where you booked if any doubts. Regarding pool lights and your kid accident ,well it is not for climbing out of the pools and there are stairs. Even though I'm very sorry to hear of that accident. Hope next time you are more safe and use the stairs from pool. Thanks for stayin with us

I mentioned the security issue to our maids. And the natural inhabitants we try to minimize with pest control as much as possible. It is not possible to clear it all. This was your misunderstanding of booking on the website. In fact we upgraded you for a very low fee to make you more comfortable and you agreed with it at the time. You may spot some insects etc. because these are HOUSES and not high rise buildings. We indeed use a pest control regularly to minimize the impacts but it's impossible to sterile the nature! I hope the next guests will be more open minded and understand that they do not stay on 50th floor of some hotel. The soda was not charged to you and apology was given immediately ,what a big deal. Thanks :(

Dear guest. All around the world if you rent apartments or villas ,the key pick up location can be only centralized. Unless you have a private check in which is either free or extra charged. The main entrance to villas we do not allow to lock and we do not provide keys because of pool maintenance which must be done every day and access needs to be granted. We can't maintain clean pools without accessing them! Your second night you couldn't enter the house and I still do not understand how you managed to enter the villa since first night. All locks into the house can be locked! And keys should be provided upon check in . Water heaters work it depends how you set the temperature and water mixer. But normally after complains I go to check them personally and most of the time I found them working . Anyways thanks for your stay and wether recommended or not it's your own personal opinion . Your friend might have a different experience. Thanks for staying or booking for your friends.
