Don't be fool by the photos. It looked nothing like it. But the housr was Spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. It took several calls to call them. So no, they're not available to help you 24/7. Why I'm very disappointed. The pool is not clean. We can see the oils in the pool during broad daylight. Hot tub did not work. Hot tub was disgusting, not clean. Upstiars have no hot water for showing. I had to shower downstairs, in my brother's room bathroom because his was the only one with hot water. And there were 12 of us. Hot water ran out so quick. It's a nice place for partying, but for a vacation where you want to relax, then no. It's inconvenient, location is out of nowhere. The view you're going to get is trash. People trash the outskirt of that place. You're better off at a hotel. I don't recommend.

The worst experience

This is my worst experience in Pattaya, the villa is totally unacceptable and I don't know why hotels.com give them 5-stars to this villa, also many wrong information from the hotels.com. The villa looks nice but dirty and very smelly. 1 of the room no bathroom and toilet inside, however also not in living room, all bath room and toilet are inside the rest of the sleeping room. Don't choose this villa and I don't trust hotels.com anymore.

พอกันทีกับบ้านพักนี้ทุกหลัง

บ้านพักไม่ใช่แบบในรุปเลยซักนิด เอเจ้นไม่รับผิดชอบ ตอนแรกเลยขอเชคเอ้าทช้าเปนเที่ยงครึ่ง บอกว่าโอเคจะให้แม่บ้านเข้ามาทำไปด้วย แต่สุดท้าย เข้ามาเชคบ้านตอนเที่ยงเสด ปิดแอรปิดทีวีทั้งๆที่เรานั่งกินข้าวยุ่จะเสดละ ไล่น่าเกลียดมากถึงมากที่สุด คือที่พักนี้ดีอย่างเดียวคือบ้านพัก นอกนั้นเรียกว่าแย่ที่สุดทุกอย่างที่เคยพักมาในโลก รอบก่อนมาเจอสกปรกแต่ยังคุยดี มารอบนี้คนนี้ตอนแรกดีพอจะเชคเอ้าพุดจากับเราเหมือนไม่ง้อเราแล้ว ไล่น่าเกลียดมาก

惡劣的服務

飯店整體的乾淨度不好，衛生設備有些是故障沒有維修，去飯店的路上路邊都是垃圾感受不是很好，最後要退房時11點多在等候服務人員來，服務人員來時已經11點50分了就說我們超時超過12點，我跟他反應還沒12點他還是強行從押金扣1000元整個很惡劣，這地方的真不值得來。

沒熱水沖涼，全部的洗手間充滿臭屎味，氣味難聞令你不能入睡，太差了，不會再來

Never will go back!!!

First of all, this particular villa is located in the middle of nowhere with piles of garbage. You have no access to any type of public transportation due to villa locatio. You have to call Grab in order to get around. There is no reception desk instead they have poorly trained and bad mannered staff will yake you to your villa. This person asked me for 5,000 bht security deposit in cash without prior notice otherwise she would not handover the key. If you wish to check in earlier due to early arrival, they will charge 1,000 bht per hour. Water quality of the swimming pool was in no condition to swim. Towels were filthy and stained. During the check in process, I refused to stay and I left the villa. Instead I immediately checked myself into Grand Central Hotel Pattaya despite knowing I might end up losing my prepayment. Nobody should ever go to this particular place period. I have more to say but I don't wish to waist my valuable time. I will end here.

熱水供應很差，每次沖涼都要不段手動控制水溫，忽冷忽熱，不是冷水就是很熱的熱水，洗手盆去手也塞了，每次刷牙都要等兩分鍾水位才下降，地點比較遠及靜，每次出入都要call車，晚上靜得不敢步行外出！廁所板坐廁細數個碼，坐上去根本就坐到馬桶上，有等如無，但員工服務碼錯，有特別要求，例如幫我買花及蛋糕等特別要求都做得很好，這方面值得一讚！

Suite à notre séjour à VIP villa, je dois vous présenter un avis super négatif et non conforme à nos attentes. Je vous demande un remboursement total ou partiel de notre séjour pour les raisons suivantes : - Nous avons le 1er jour dû attendre la clé de la maison à 16h30, initialement prévue à 14h. - Nous avions eu des serviettes de bain trouées - La télé ne marchait pas. - 2 chambres avaient une grosse fuite de climatisation et on aurait pû glisser, tomber et se casser un bras ou une jambe, vu que les sols étaient inondés. On a dû attendre 1 journée de réparation. Les équipements intérieurs datent des années 1970. Toilettes vieilles, douches vieilles, débit d'eau insuffisant. Eau chaude venant au bout de 15 minutes seulement dans les douches. Le robinet de l'évier pas stable et la tuyauterie de l'évier à fait déborder l'eau par en dessous ce qui fait que ce matin nous avons trouvé la cuisine inondée. Avec rerisque de tomber. Avec juste un sorry sorry à répétition de la responsable des lieux. Le prix payé ne correspond qu'à 1 étoile et non un VIP villa. De plus on m'a volé mon chargeur téléphone pendant les réparations de clim. Donc je vous laisse juger

Undermålig service, slitet hus dåligt städat.

Vi var ett sällskap om 8 personer som hyrde ett hus här. Huset var riktigt slitet, många saker defekta, dåligt städat. När vi påtalade detta så höll personalen sig borta. Vi fick vänta en timme efter utcheckning för att återfår deposition. Välj nåt annat ställe. Detta är inte bra!

Bad service

It was so ridiculous. When we were swimming in the pool, the cleaner just open our door and didn’t press any bell. After that just take the hose come to our house and pass the swimming pool to take the water. It’s so dirty. My kids was still swimming in the swimming pool. The jacuzzi just have the cold water? Really? I can’t believe it. However, I find a hair on top of the bed after I check in. I don’t know are they change the bed sheet after guest check out.The most disgusting thing is when I went to the bathroom, have a cockroach inside!!!!!!!! I will never and never blacklist this villa and told my friend must not choose this villa anymore.
