  • 90-square-meter house in the historic district of Pau, in the pedestrian zone of the city center, right next to the castle and Boulevard des Pyrénées. Full of charm, in a quiet setting surrounded by greenery, with a garden and terrace.

    First floor:
    - 30 m² living room and kitchen; fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop).
    First floor:
    - One bedroom with a double bed.
    - A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet
    - An open-concept room with 2 single beds and a desk
    2nd floor:
    - A bedroom with a double bed (160x200)
    - A bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a toilet
    Exterior:
    A 25-square-meter terrace with outdoor furniture and a table for 6 people, overlooking the garden. Parking available for one small car.

Great quiet location but close to the action. Clean, comfortable and attractive accommodation with the benefit of onsite parking. Helpful and responsive hosts. Great overall experience.

The house is lovely, very well located, and the description is quite accurate.The air conditioning is provided by a portable unit, which struggled to cool the entire house during the hot weather.The spiral staircase leading to the two upper floors, where the bedrooms are located, is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or anyone who has difficulty getting around.

Lovely home within walking distance of everything. Beds were comfortable though up steep stairs so not great for someone with mobility issues. It had everything we needed and the host was excellent.

Exploring France

Pierre was a fabulous host, he was extra responsive and in person to help with parking our car. The home was charming and we ate picnic dinner outside both nights. Pau was fun to stroll around and the wandering band in the evening was one of the highlights of our entire trip.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, idéalement située, très chaleureuse , prestations de haute gamme. Le propriétaire est très réactif et souple pour les horaires. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

The best place to stay in Pau.

If this property is available for the time you are seeking, book it NOW. There is no better place to stay in Pau! The location is perfect: right in the center of town but tucked away in a quiet corner. Restaurants and shops just a few steps away. The outdoor space that is included is peaceful and private. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very clean. The kitchen has all modern appliances and everything that you need. The 3 levels make it nice because there is privacy for everyone, it’s a beautiful place! The spiral staircases make it a unique design. The weather was very hot while we were there but the air conditioner kept the house cool. Comfortable beds, and the best shower ever! Pat, the host was wonderful - he even picked us up at the train station when we arrived. He kept in contact with us and responded to any questions immediately. We are already planning to return!
