"El hotel es hermoso solo que las camas y almohadas son tan incómodas y creo que debería ser muy importante que las camas y almohadas sean cómodas ya que vas a esos lugares a relajarte y a descansar y en la mañana desperté toda adolorida de lo incómodo que fue dormir"

"Staff was rude and unhelpful. Charged us for an extra room for our own kids because “they are older than 10 years old”. That is crazy!!!! Stay way if you have kids. Go somewhere else."
