“Was an amazing stay. Plan on booking again in future with the kids! ”

“Clean”

“The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there were no cups in the room for coffee, yet there was a coffee machine and lids for cups. I called down to the front desk and was told they don't supply cups in the room and if I wanted a cup I had to go down to the coffee bar to get one. My tv didn't work in my room. It had sound but no picture. The girl at the front said she was the only one on staff and couldn't leave the front desk so there was nothing she could do to help. I did……

“The front desk employee was very helpful, professional and pleasant. She was very friendly and greeted all of the hotel guests in a pleasant manner. She is a great asset to your organization.”

“Great location and room was beautiful and up to date. Staff was very helpful including one night when our neighbors were being very loud around 2 am. Staff handled it well.”

“Hotel was clean, staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were Roomy with lots of space. Breakfast was decent. Would definitely stay here again if we ever pass through Maryland again.”

“Had to check out with a person in a machine. Basically video check out. Breakfast items slim pickings. Met my need for the one night stay. Was very loud. Maybe construction nearby?”

“Needs updating. Breakfast area was messy. Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower worked nicely but definitely needs an update on furniture in living room area. Chair looked like it was dirty n cat scratched. Ehhh Reception personnel was very nice. Good for a 1 night stay n close to route 80.”
