Great neighborhood!
Great neighborhood and friendly neighbors! This house was perfect for our girls trip to the Pioneer woman. Plenty of space for all of us and cozy! Would definitely stay here again!

The property has 3 bedrooms that can easily sleep 6 and up to 7 individuals if you plan ahead with the property manager. The instructions left were very simple and easy to follow. I also loved that this location is close to Pawhuska's downtown. 2-3 minutes away. My only complaint is I would like better mattresses, they felt a little lumpy. The pillows, blankets, and all the other arrangements were stellar for this property and location.

Good for a family stay in Pawhuska.
Good option for families. Roomy and comfortable. The only negative experience was for our daughter who found the bed in the northeast part of the house to be way too soft. A new mattress is needed there. The host was very easy to communicate with.

This would be my home away from home!
OMgosh, we loved this house. Everything was well thought out, and there was a ton of seating. The neighborhood was so quiet, which we loved. But so close to the downtown area. Thank you for a great stay. We will return next year and wouldn't stay anywhere else!
