This fully furnished and well equipped unit offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. The interior offers a split bedroom plan with a lockout option. BEACH ACCESS is through Litchfield by the Sea, a popular gated seaside community that of offers seven miles of spectacular beach and an ocean front clubhouse with bathrooms and cabana. Jogging/walking/biking paths alongside salt marshes surround area.

Spacious and comfortable Towhhouse

Had a great family vacation at this property. Property is across from the ocean access by a mile or so and not directly adjacent which wasn't super clear to us in the initial listing, but it wasn't difficult and there was plenty of parking at the oceanside clubhouse. Would definitely stay again.
