Breakers Reef 8B Oceanfront

Breakers Reef - a prestigeous group of condominiums located oceanfront on the north end of Litchfield by the Sea. There are only eleven buildings, with two units per building, and the layout is crescent shaped in order for each residence to have a view of the ocean, pool, tropical gardens and fountain lake. Breakers Reef #8B offers three levels of luxurious living. This is a spacious floor plan with the living area, Carolina room, large sundeck with outdoor dining area, indoor dining area and kitchen on the main floor. The dining table seats 8, the small tables seats 4, and the breakfast bar seats 4.

There is also one bedroom and one bath on the main level. The top floor features the master suite, and an additional bedroom and bath. The ground floor has the 4th bedroom and bath. An elevator services all levels of this residence. The top floor master suite is superb! This bedroom is very spacious and includes a Carolina room with gorgeous views out to the pool and ocean. The master bath has two separate areas with vanities and sinks, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is on the top floor and has a private bath with a tub/shower combination with grab bars. Bedroom 3 is on the main floor and has a bath with a tub/shower combination with grab bars. Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor and has a bath with walk-in shower. The ground floor features an entrance from the carport to the lower level foyer, and a laundry room with sink. The carport has parking for 2 vehicles. There is an outdoor shower and a covered patio area overlooking the fountain lake.

Guests at Breakers Reef can enjoy exclusive use of the large oceanfront pool, and beautiful stone pathways winding around the lake out to the pool and beach as well as all the amenities offered at Litchfield by the Sea.

Check-In: Saturday Check in during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Current Pool Information

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
