Would Book Again

We had a great stay. Condo was clean and furniture/kitchen appliances were on the newer side. Pool was within walking distance as well as lake. I would must definitely book again.

Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our week at the condo. It was very clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, etc that we need for the week. It was very spacious. There are only a few steps to get to the unit which was nice for my older dad who was with us for the week. Everything was as described and we would definitely stay in this unit again!

Relaxing getaway

The unit is connected to other apartments, but you would never know it! We loved the privacy, space, and little view into the marsh. The kitchen and living spaces worked wonderfully for us, and we loved the location in Litchfield by the Sea. We hope to go again!

We enjoyed it so much that we’re coming back in just a couple of months for a longer stay. The unit is nicely decorated and quite roomy. Having a screened in porch was a bonus and made for bug free mornings for coffee.

Fun beach trip!

My family absolutely loved Litchfield by the Sea and this property. Check-in was seamless and the condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and had plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 children. Our children especially loved playing on the screened-in porch. We made the 2 minute drive to the beach and parked at the beach club which was very convenient with showers to wash off sand, clean restrooms, etc. Plenty of restaurants nearby to enjoy. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful family vacation

Our family of six (5 adults, one teen) had a wonderful stay. The condo looks exactly as it appears in the photos. This location is very private in the Litchfield By the Sea community and the pool is small but that suited our family. The cable TV and wifi worked well. The kitchen is well stocked —have never seen so many glasses! The towels and linens were fresh. The living room couch is worn but that’s typical in a rental unit. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

This year I was treated to the surprise of a completely renovated kitchen! The unit is well cared for and its beautiful surroundings add to its appeal. Relaxing on the screen porch with its grand view of the marsh and all its wildlife is an extra treat. I look forward to returning for my stay next year!

We arrived to a very clean "home" and were pleasantly surprised by how roomy and cozy it was. Our family loved how accessible it was to the beach (a short walk)The location was absolutely perfect as it was just inside the community and very quiet. Getting our keys from the vacation rental management was super easy and their staff was very helpful, answering all my questions.I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Perfect Summer Vacation!

Reviewer Comments: We LOVED our stay at Litchfield Marsh Hawk! Thanks to Suzanne for helping us with check-in and making sure we got everything ok. Such a lovely home and space with a great screened in porch to enjoy the marsh views. The ONLY thing that I would change was the bathroom shower curtain- just a liner and was held up with decorative hooks- not easy to pull with out pulling the while thing down. Easy to replace and with kids, a must!

Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed a couple of winter months at Marsh Hawk 4B and enjoyed the property for the following reasons - - excellent location, a couple of minutes drive to shopping, great restaurants and sites to see- within gated community, a lovely 10 minute walk to beach where there was a huge deck complete with loungers, rocking chairs and tables- a 2 minute walk to quiet pool overlooking marsh- spacious home with high ceilings - screened-in sunny porch with great views of marsh- clean home, with plentifully stocked kitchen incl. Keurig - large master bedroom & large en-suite with jacuzzi - quiet and efficient washer & dryerLast but not least, Suazanne and her team at Tidelife Vacation Management was very efficient, detail-oriented and impressive regarding every aspect of our needs.They care!We will return- thank you.

Retreat to the Marsh

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been privileged to spend my winter and spring here in Litchfield. The surroundings are so beautiful and having the beach within walking distance makes it magical. This unit is completely equipped to provide for a home away from home. The screen porch is a great place to relax with a good book as you enjoy the wildlife activity on the marsh outside. An extra plus is dealing with the staff at Tidelife, who are always ready to attend to any needs you may have. They treat you like an old friend! The area outside the gates of Litchfield by the Sea is rich with activities and the best of restaurants, from Murrells inlet with its Marshwalk, the famed Brookgreen Garden, to the quaint shops in Pawleys Island, all minutes away. It’s easy to enjoy a stay here.

Litchfield by the Sea

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first trip to Myrtle Beach. It is actually south of Myrtle Beach which was nice because it is not as commercialized and there are less people. We had great weather to enjoy the beach.The only downside to the trip was the arrangements for check-in were not exactly as we expected. The arrangement was the keys would be in a drop box and we could check in anytime on Sunday. We arrived before 7 AM and the keys were not in the drop box. Which is very frustrating after a 14 hour drive. We could not reach anyone at the after hours number. We went to the beach and kept trying to reach someone. Finally, around 10 we were able to talk to someone to find out the room would be available in a couple hours due to the fact it was being cleaned because the previous guest decided to stay an extra night. But, as I said, this was only a minor setback and we enjoyed the rest of the trip. As far as the property itself, there are minor things throughout the house that need attention.

Winter retreat/ Spring awakening!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've had the pleasure of enjoying my winter and spring as a long term renter here in Marsh Hawk 4B. This unit is spacious and sun filled, with a lovely view of the Marsh and its variety of birds that come and go every day. The unit is well equipt with a generous supply of linens and kitchen needs. Marsh Hawk is one of the clusters in Litchfield by the Sea, and provides access to the beach club, tennis courts, and all that is available in this well maintained gated resort. We have our own pool as well, with plenty of seating provided. The walking paths are great for exploring all around the resort. In fact, it's only a short walk from the unit to the beach describe the beach itself, it's the best on the coast!! Any needs you have are addressed easily, with a shopping center across from the gate. You'll find a pharmacy, grocery store, a gym, and multiple restaurants right there. Travel south on 17, to Pawleys Island and you will spend days shopping, golfing, eating....just enjoying yourself.There are several plantations to visit, and the beauty of Brookgreen Gardens is not to be missed. Travel north on 17 to Murrells Inlet and its famous MarshwalkThere are a few boat tours on the Inland waterway that are fun to try.Needless to say, I truly enjoy my time here. Best wishes!.

Easy walk to pool and drive to beach. Tidelife staff was soooooo friendly and made check in/out super easy. I think the unit could use a carpet cleaning, thats my only suggestion. :)

Excellent Rental in a great locstion

The unit was quite and in a great location. 100 steps to the pool or 1500 to the beach for those who love counting steps. This is the first rental unit I have ever rented that was pleasantly COLD inside and the refrigerator was still cold when we arrived. We loved Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort!!! Only improvements I can see were needed are some new cushions on the deck furniture and the sofa and love seat are showing some wear but that’s to be expected.

Great Vacation Spot!

Love Litchfield by the Sea! Great vacation spot. Condo was immaculate, and very spacious. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there the next time I'm in Litchfield.
