Would not do it again

The property itself was nice and the grounds were well taken care of. Overall, the unit was in good condition, but I had great difficulty communicating with vacasa and getting our needs met during our stay. The unit was not clean and there is no heated pool as the description says. Was not my favorite organization to do business with by any means. Otherwise, my family and I had a blast visiting our family down south.

Pawleys Island Hidden Gem

This unit was exactly as described. I almost want to keep it hidden LOL. This unit was clean from top to bottom. It’s in a quiet neighborhood (golf course) and met all of our expectations. They do provide travel size shampoo, conditioner and soap so bring larger sizes if needed. The check in process was easy and the management company did check in via text to make sure everything met our expectations. I will definitely stay at this unit again.

Nice condo, just dirty upon arrival.

Condo was nice, and was as advertised. Furniture was nice. Master bed slept comfortably. Golf resort property was very nice and clean. Loved the pool areas. The issue we had was upon arrival, our condo was dirty. There was food and debris in the kitchen sink, hairs in the kitchen sinks, all of the countertops were dirty, and all of the floors were dirty, not even swept, so we knew they hadn’t been mopped. We contacted appropriate people more than once, and were told that our cleaning ticket was being expedited to their local cleaning office for someone to come out and correct it the following morning. No one ever came. We ended up going and buying our own cleaning supplies and cleaning it ourselves. We weren’t very happy, but were determined to not let it ruin our much needed vacation.
