“We arrived on a Saturday early in the day. There were problems with the hot water all through the weekend. We were nicely taken care of on Monday as they moved us to another building. Having said that, we think they need to have a more immediate response to addressing the issue at hand for the comfort and experience of their customers.”

“I really appreciate that there are plenty of coffee cups and beverage glasses. So many places we’ve stayed at only had 1 per bed and you had to run an almost empty dishwasher just about every day. I also love that there are plenty of nice thick bath towels. And the single person blanket for rainy days when all you want to do is curl up on the couch with coffee & a book was quite thoughtful!”
