「Two night stay. There were five adults of which 3 were seniors. We only used the beds, Kurig machine and WiFi. All of these were as advertised and we had no issues.Neighborhood is convienient for anything in or near Topeka. It is also a quiet established neighborhood.」

「My husband and I wanted a cozy little get away for our anniversary & the lil school house was so perfect!!! It’s a nice rural setting and very well taken care of and remodeled so cute!!! I am so happy they had ceiling fans- that is one of my must haves anywhere we stay!!! We had everything we needed and excellent communication with our hosts!! It’s about 20 minutes into Manhattan and Tuttle Creek which was great since we brought our kayak!! It was the perfect stay!! 」

「We came in town for a K-State football game. It had been years since we had been in town. We loved this little house. It was a short drive to down town Manhattan or the stadium, but far enough away it was quiet and peaceful. The owners were next door if you needed anything. Our 7 year old called it the Cowboy Hotel and loved the decor. We will definitely check this house out again when we come back to town!!!」
