“We adored this property! The old house is so historic and cool. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.Our kids had so much fun exploring the property. There is a well maintained path all the way around the pond. We walked it every morning after our coffee and breakfast on the deck. “The school house is a WONDERFUL, sweet little place to stay. Though we didn't use the kitchen, it is perfectly equipped. Having two full baths was very helpful on our trip of three adults. The history was clearly valued and maintained as much as possible while adding those conveniences (and neccessities) like airconditioning, laundry, etc. I could have stayed for much longer. A great retreat and only 10 minutes from Wamego, 20 minutes from Manhattan.”
