"We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely farmhouse. The grounds are beautiful, the people are friendly and there are lots of woods and nature to explore!! The owner Gilles is very easy to communicate with and answers your texts very quickly. The kitchen was fantastic for all of the family meals - lots of room and an excellent oversized oven and gas range. The glass fireplace is very easy to use and is welcoming and cozy. "We found the house was a comfortable base for our stay visiting Paris for the Olympic Games. It is conveniently located only about 15 minutes drive from Tournan-en Brie which is on two RER lines which take you into the centre of Paris in 30-45 minutes. The house is well equipped and stayed cool during some very hot weather. The welcome was friendly and efficient giving us all the information we needed. "Excellent trip. Cottage was very clean and comfortable. Well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Ideal location in a quiet village but close to bigger towns within a 10-20 minute drive. Use of the garden was a good facility too. Owner was very approachable and amenable and spoke excellent English with us which was appreciated. Would have no hesitation in returning here and will recommend to friends and family as an ideal accommodation in a good location. 😊"

"Hautevesnes is a perfect location for your exploration of the best of French country. We were there for a wedding and were literally a few km from the venue. The hosts were very charming even though we had travel issues and showed up later than expected. It was the only apartment/house on ours trip where every room had its own bathroom and we loved the outdoor space. Having a car for this area is a must to visit Champagne, Disney, etc, I highly recommend this location for families."
