"Chalet dans son jus qui nécessiterait un petit rafraichissement (SdB, SdE). Le RdC est frais, ce qui est agréable l'été, mais reste humide (tapisserie qui se décolle). C'est sans doute cette fraicheur qui attire les fourmis, les araignées et autres insectes qui vivent autour. La chambre sous le toit est sympathique mais devient une fournaise en plein été. "We spent a great holiday in beautiful La Gyronde chalet where all equipment is available. It’s fantastic to wake up to the sound of the little river and it’s only a close walk to marvellous views on mount Pelvoux and the Glacier Blanc. A few hundred meters further and the beautiful St André Chapel completes the scenery. Vallouise center is nearby and it’s a short drive to the countless hikes in Les Ecrins… Philippe was always available to help with anything at all. We can highly recommend!"
