The spa with a beautiful tropical shower, hot tub and Hammam in the lower level is a treat! Very central to easily enjoy the village and close to wine tasting rooms, shopping and restaurants.”

“We had the *most* brilliant few days at La Sommellerie. This is a paradise hotel that's even better than the photos — the terrace and the pool are beautiful, the team are all brilliant, funny, chatty, and make you feel like one of the family. It almost feels like another world! Our room had a pool view and was very comfortable. The dinner in the hotel was the best we had in France all week, their wine list is excellent and all the best chateaus in the area are within easy reach. My *only*……

“Had a lovely stay at the hotel, in spite of difficult personal circumstances. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, continental breakfast tasty. So close to train station but quiet as on other side of road. And less than a mile’s walk to the amphitheatre. Lovely terrasse at the back to sit and read in the sunshine. I definitely recommend. ”
