“Outstanding. This was a perfect location right in the middle of Annecy, tons of restaurants within steps, but was also quiet and peaceful as advertised. Our host was very responsive and when there was a minor maintenance issue he arrived within 30 minutes on a Sunday to fix it. The apartment was clean and comfortable and perfect for a couple. ”

“Checking in was confusing in that you had to go to the lockbox at the apartment to get the clicker to enter the parking area. The apartment had everything you would need, except there were no washcloths and not enough kitchen towels. The internet went out one day, but was restored after a few hours. The dryer stopped working because the water reservoir was full. Management explained the solution after we contacted them, but this should be in the instructions. The location is quite good and……

“Notre séjour s'est très bien passé dans cet appartement que nous avons trouvé spacieux : une grande chambre qui nous a servi de dortoir (à 4) et une pièce à vivre suffisamment grande pour que chacun puisse suivre son rythme. Le logement est ancien, la décoration n'est pas la plus récente (fidèle aux photos, pas de surprise), mais il est bien équipé et très confortable : on sent que de bons moments familiaux s'y sont déjà passés et continueront à s'y reproduire.
