Thebdoor barely latched. The ice machine was broken. The manager tried to overcharge me when her new desk clerk deleted my reservation instead instead of checking me in. The front desk ecen said it was their fault and the manger said too bad, you need to pay a higher price because we lost your reservation. After the run around and horrible treatment from the manager, the owner was finally called. I wasted so much time with my family to be mistreated and it ruined our trip. Will not stay there again.

Im so impressed with this property. I have stayed more than a handful of times and havent had a bad experience yet. Its clean with comfortable beds, friendly staff and this time was exceptional with the larger room and jetted hot tub. The breakfast is hosted and always happy to get anything you need. We had unseasonably warm weather so the pool wasnt ready to go but have stayed when it was and enjoyed that amentity as well. You will see us again.

Lovely room, fireplace was awesome, loved that you have a front and back door with your own patio, could use some updating, nice vaulted ceiling however I thought there would be a ceiling fan as stated in description but it looked like they replaced it with a light, the room we stayed in had sheer curtains that barely covered the windows so used the bathroom to change, i believe it was just that room because looking at the others from outside they were different curtains. Breakfast was great the lady working was very friendly! Would stay again!

We booked a King Luxury with whirlpool(only room left). The room was very dated and worn out - carpet was buckled in two spots which was a trip hazard. One bathroom sink faucet kept coming off. Curtains were torn with holes The TV barely worked. I had to play around with settings for 10 minutes to get a FULL SCREEN image ..it initially came up VERY miniaturized!! The channel selection was VERY limited..most of the DIRECTV channels couldn't get a signal AND the ones that did had to be watched in low res SD. The refrig was very small and worn. Note the bathroom sink is outside the shower room and exposed to the entry door. The only reason I gave 2 stars was that the shower was in good shape and fairly clean. Staff was NOT helpful in fixing the TV reception. Overhead fan was noisy. The whirlpool tub worked BUT you had to be careful about getting your body next to the inlet return..The SUCTION WAS VERY POWERFUL and potentially dangerous especially for elderly people.

Would stay here again! Pet-friendly and nice with the courtyard. After staying at other hotels on this trip, this hotel was so far superior. We didn't want to leave. It was quiet and the room was comfortable and cozy. Breakfast wasn't as good as I'd expected. I understand being in a hurry but the bacon and sausage seemed barely cooked.
