We designed and built this home in 2003. The home offers 2400 square feet of living space which includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 game room, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry room, and a dining area. There are also three exterior decks to allow you to be in the sun or shade all day long. The decks add another 900 square feet of space to enjoy.
All of the bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a custom king size bed that looks like it's floating. It has it's own bathroom with great views from the shower and tub. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed. Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom have access to a 300 square foot deck that offers amazing views of the Mogollon Rim. The third bedroom upstairs has two twin beds with plenty of room to throw down some additional blankets for others to sleep. The upstairs also includes a second bathroom that is shared between the two guest rooms.
The downstairs living room has two sofas. The living room has a modern TV and Sonos speaker system, a fireplace, a classic arcade game, and plenty of room to relax. With so many windows, you can look at the views all day.
The game room includes a pool table and darts. While you are playing, just open the windows and doors to let the cool mountain breeze in the home.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals. There are enough dishes to easily accommodate your visit.
The laundry room has a modern washer and dryer with a game closet stocked with plenty of fun.
Downstairs also includes a third bathroom. All three bathrooms have a tub and shower.
The house includes high speed internet, DirecTV, and a phone where you can call any number in the US. Keep in mind, your cell phone will have very limited coverage.
