“This was a great space with plenty of sleeping arrangements very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. ”

“The house was clean and satisfactory. The host need to get back to people sooner when their is a problem. We had a problem with the door lock and they never responded for 5 hours. We just figured it out ourselves. The towels were still wet in the cupboard so we reset them ourselves. My bed was great it was brand new. They might want to consider putting mattresses covers on them to keep them clean for others. As someone who runs a hotel people can have accidents and that is a big safety net. ”

“Yes, the host was welcoming. However, it was a little overwhelming. Immediately following my reservation, I got seven emails. That was a lot. When we arrived, it was difficult to see the house number and we weren't sure we were at the right house. The whole place looked deserted. There was one outside light on - on the left side. We were supposed to enter on the right. There were solar lights a long the sidewalk which were all broken. When we got to the top of the stairs, there wasn't a light……

“We arrived to the property and had no check in instructions. Ex how to access the bldg, no door code or instructions where the key was. We later found it but never received anything from the landlord. The space was also not cleaned and none of the laundry was done including the bed sheets. We got ahold of the owner and had to put the linens on the bed ourselves.We were also not notified there was a tenant in the basement.
