"Good communication from accommodation management and owner. The apartment was clean and as expected, but can't be considered 4-star, nor has the listing picture anything to do with the apartment. Facilities of the block were ok, but need some work as not all functional as advertised. The location is fantastic."

"The property was tired and needed a refurbishment. Certain essentials were missing or did nor work. The oven knob was not turning the operating spindle to which it should have been attached,and the Micro Wave turn table didn't turn. Tthere were no plugs in the bath nor the Sink out let and the crockerty was sparse, I would say to summer visitors stay away if you are expecting air con. I had to go out and buy a fan. Other essentials were also missing. No bottle opener, not enough...

"Excellent location in Plovdiv, easy walk to city center. Having 3 separate rooms, the apartment had enough space for 5 of us, we enjoyed it very much. "
