Villa Vermo is a beautiful family villa near Pazin. The villa is located on a large plot with a private pool and various amenities for adults and children. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

The open plan first floor of the villa consists of a cozy living room connected to the dining area and kitchen, and a separate bathroom. From the living room you have direct access to the covered terrace with lounge area where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

On the second floor of the villa there are three double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning for maximum comfort during your stay.

A private pool, a covered outdoor dining area and a kitchen with barbecue are just some of the amenities in the villa's spacious garden. For an active vacation, you can choose from many amenities, such as a basketball court, mini soccer goals, table tennis and swings for children.

This beautiful villa is located in a small village Beram in central Istria. Beram is a centuries-old settlement full of interesting historical remains. The entire village is fortified and has many small churches with well-preserved frescoes and paintings.

Beram is only a short drive from Pazin, and they are even connected by a hiking trail. You can choose between the longer and the shorter path to get from Beram to Pazin. Both paths are marked throughout so you won't get lost.

Pazin is a picturesque little town with a rich tradition and history.

The tourist offer of Pazin is based on its rich cultural and historical heritage, untouched nature and numerous events organized throughout the summer. Pazin and its surroundings offer many sports, recreational, cultural and entertainment opportunities. There is also a rich offer of local delicacies that you simply must try!
