“Our family enjoyed our time at this wonderful property. The house is super clean, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are large, and the hosts provided everything we needed. The hosts communicated with us professionally and were prompt with responses. We will definitely stay there again!”

“Great location, Gorgeous View and Gracious hosts who go above and beyond. This was our first visit to Bentonville / Bella Vista and we loved everything we did. We'll definitely be back.”

“Close to downtown Roger’s. Lovely property. Would definitely stay there again.”

“This was the cleanest vrbo we’ve ever stayed in. It’s located in a nice, centralized neighborhood and has large bedrooms, a huge master bath & great water pressure. The mattresses are quite firm. Some of us loved them and some did not, so if that isn’t your preference, be warned. The host gave clear instructions, stayed in contact with us, and made the check-out procedure very simple (far less onerous than some of our past experiences). We would happily stay here again!”

“This was an excellent property for our family get away!! We couldn’t have asked for anything more!! The host was very quick to answer any questions we had. I had forgotten my Bluetooth speaker and they let me borrow theirs. The place was very clean. The balcony was a beautiful place to sit in the morning with the view of the lake and drink coffee. We will definitely stay again.”

“The property was exactly as described and perfect. We were visiting for mountain biking every day and the location was perfect to be close to all of the trails.”

“We enjoyed our time immensely. The property was fantastic, and its proximity to the trails was perfect. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for the opportunity to experience Bentonville in the best way possible.”

“Great property.”

“Address number wasn't listed on the mailbox or house, so it was hard to know if we were at the right place. The entrance was poorly lit, under a dark deck, with no house number. Couch was old and stained and creamer was curdled. On a positive note the rest of the place was clean and the streaming services were easily accessible.”
