“When we arrived it was raining. The roof leaks in three places and the sliding door leaks too. We had to put the garbage cans under the leaks and listen to them drip for hours. It has obviously been leaking for awhile judging by the condition of the floor. My fiancé was extremely disappointed and upset about the accommodations. The host never responded to our message about the problem with the roof.”

“I was able to stay at property. I never recevied any information as to check in. I contacted owner twice by message and once by calling. I finally received a message 8 hours later after I dececied not to rusk driving 2.5 hours to the property. No communication lack of communication when it did matter.”
