“Need a little fixing up”

“Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.”

“Upon arrival we were asked if we would like refresh/house keeping during our stay of 5 days, we said yes. Not once did we get any service. On day 3, I asked the desk to make sure we were indeed on the list for services, asked for fresh towels and what to do with our garbage, seeing we had a kitchen/suite with food rubbish and no garbage bags were in any of our receptacles to start. Day 4, again no services and we were now out of toilet paper. To the front desk again we went. The floors were……

“This property get's no stars from my husband and I. After leaving our cruise from Port Canaveral we decided to take out time arriving back to Atlanta. We booked this room through Expedia after reviewing the reviews. They were'nt great but they were descent to sleep for a night (we thought). We arrived late to the Hotel to find the Check In office was closed. All the lights were out and there was a sign that said the office closed at 11:00. We beat on the door several minutes with no response.……

“clean. easy to get to. very centrally located for my needs.”

“The room was not cleaned prior to arrival. Any metal fixture in the room was rusted over and the furniture was broken or falling apart. The toilet was not scrubbed and I found trash in the bed underneath the pillow. I was transferred to the second room with similar issues and chose to leave the premise rather than stay. Reviews were inaccurate and this neighborhood in Columbus is not a safe area to stay.”

“Staff was nice and attentive. That was the only good thing about the property. First I was given a room someone was already in, elevator did not work, ice machines did not work, my room had to be pushed hard to open, room door had to be closed hard, room door did not lock, killed one roach and other bugs, and tv remote had no battery cover. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“We booked 4 nights. The room was not what we booked. The room was dirty. The bathroom looked like it was never cleaned. Hair every where. The toilet didn’t flush all the way so they provided an “extra trash can” for us to fill in the bath tub to use to pour down the toilet in order to flush it all the way. Out of all the light fixtures only 1 had a light bulb. The unit that held the fridge was broken and the fridge had black mold and a foul smell. Could not open without hitting your knuckles.……

“Rusty shower rods in the room,peeling drywall,outdated furniture! Way too pricey for the condition of hotel...”

“Bed was more comfortable than other hotels but still not the best. To be expected. The room smelled VERY strongly of chemical cleaner, possibly carpet cleaner. We managed but it was really strong everywhere in the room and other places of the hotel. The sheets for the sofa bed were dirty in the closet but staff provided another set. Staff in general was nice and responsive when engaged. Breakfast last day there were several things missing or not being restocked which was disappointing. No……

“I liked nothing about the room I reserved. The carpet smelled horrible and the shower water wouldn't get hot only warm. There were 2 sink holes in the floor that I unexpectedly sinked down in. Just an awful experience.”

“Staff super friendly and helpful. Thanks Dee. Breakfast was supplied and happy hour drinks and lite appetizers was a nice feature. Pool felt great. Bed was comfy. Shower worked and tub big enough for someone over 6 feet to take a bath in. Kitchen had usable appliances and features including a dishwasher. Second stay in 3 months.”
