"We liked the hotel. We’ve been there also last year. I asked for a room at the second floor and got one at the third. I have a new knee and i’m not good in stairs now. They were willing to change the next day, but a room with a poor view. So i asked for one at the second floor with view. The girl behond the desk told us she has a room like that but the boss of the hotel refused. We could take the one with the poor view or stay in our room at the third floor. We didn’t understand the refusal....

"Beach front to White Sand Beach. No matter what you pay the value is amazing. Staff was very friendly. Pool was the perfect temperature and the whole property is the beach. I stayed in a cluster villa and t the view of the ocean from my front porch was perfect. So glad I stayed here. "

"Great location, lovely friendly staff , rooms ok but a little dated , downside no safe in the room , locks in balcony broken and keys left on a table at the entrance which I found a bit worrying . But great value for money and the poolside massage girls are great , good fun and Bally is absolutely gorgeous "
