“We only stayed one night on our way back from a longer road trip. We parked and walked to restaurants. The waterfront is close. We actually wished we had another day to explore the town.We had everything we needed.”

“We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting……

“The property has everything we needed for a two night stay. Driving to NYC is approximately 40 mins. We like how this apartment was modernly designed. The check in and check out process was easy - detailed instruction provided. Would stay again. ”

“This lovely suite was clean, comfortable and convenient and we’re so happy to have discovered it. We’ll be back. Shelton was immediately responsive and helpful throughout the process of our reservation and stay. The suite is on a quiet, peaceful street within walking distance of restaurants, deli’s, and coffee shops.”

“Cumplió con todo lo que dice en la descripción está en una zona donde está todo muy fácil de llegar”

“The host, Maria, was excellent in staying in touch and personally met me upon check-in and checkout. The location is very convenient for walking around downtown or easily drive to nearby outings.”

“Property was as described. Host communication was top notch. Great place to stay!”

“Incredibly sweet host. So caring and you can tell she genuinely loves having guests. Such a delicious breakfast each morning and excellent communication. House was immaculate and in prime location for attractions like the famous Bellvale creamery, Warwick drive in, and adorable fall activities which were recommended by our host. 10/10 experience and looking forward to returning:)”

“We enjoyed our stay so much. The property was clean and spacious enough for five of us. Our host was kind and responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. ”

“This is a property in the basement . Door directly facing the garbage refuse area. The stairway to get to this basement apartment is very steep and unclean, there were cockroaches roaming around outside the apartment, the apartment itself was decent on the inside . The location is good too. How ever the garbage refuse area and the unclean stairway downstairs are very off putting . This again may / may not be in the host’s control, hence the 4 stars. ”

“The apartment was great. The parking was very useful also. There is a very confortable King bed. The futon was perfect for our son. In the closet, there was also to other single beds. We put one in the room and one in the living room. We walked 20 minutes and took a ferry to go to Times square in New York. The view before we took the ferry in New Jersey of all the building of New York was amazing. Hopefully I will have the chance to go again! Thank you Reinier!”

“This was perfect for my husband and me. Couldn't get enough of the view of the surrounding mountains, the Hudson, and the bridge. Communication was prompt and helpful. Would love to comeback in the autumn!”

“Easy check-in, spotless house, and close to the NY train. Erly is very friendly and responsive. We asked for extra towels, and he had the cleaning crew deliver them.”
