“We have stayed at this property several times now while visiting family in the area. It is an excellent property with everything you need. Nice view of the pond outside. It is in a nice, gated community. Very clean and well decorated. The beds are comfortable. We will stay again the next time we visit the area. ”

“Matthew went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Instructions he provided for check in and check out went smooth. Communication was great. Responded quickly to messages sent. There’s a very nice shopping center nearby, Along with a variety of restaurants to choose from. Only issue we encountered was a dog in a neighboring unit that woke us up 2 days in a row barking nonstop. We cannot fault the host at all for this. But we can thank and appreciate the timely response when it was……

“This is a great apartment!! Very clean, well appointed, location is great for airport access as well as to other Jacksonville sites and dining locations. Check-in process is easy and communication with manager is great. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is because the apartment is a 3rd floor walk-up and we were travelling with my 85 year old mother. That was not included in the listing. I believe that has been updated.”

“If you like riding bikes, it's the ideal place to stay. There are plenty of trails near by and you can ride your bike to them. The apartment is comfortable and very quiet. The apartment is on the first floor with 3 steps getting to your front dóor. No stairs inside. Very nice neighborhood and close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend for a very enjoyable vacation.”
