“I was not really happy with the room I was given. I booked a normal room, but received a room for an impaired person. I was put in room 1. The shower was a wet floor shower, which was not too bad, but the bed was terrible. The mattress had collapsed and I ended up sleeping ( actually I didn't sleep) in a dip, ended up with body aches.”

“The room was nice and cozy, it had the best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel! The tea and coffee were very much appreciated as well. The staff were lovely, they couldn’t do enough for you, I will definitely stay again if I visit Thetford.”

“We stayed just overnight as it’s close to Center Parcs, where we met up with family for the day and were most impressed with the hotel. Room was great, bed very comfy, air con excellent, in fact we had to turn it down as it was so good. We weren’t sure about whether to order breakfast but so glad we did, most delicious. All in all our stay at Elveden Inn was excellent, we will certainly be staying here again at some time.”

“There isn't anything I liked . The hotel was awful, staff unhelpful even after we complained. The manger was useless and unhelpful. The shower was broken bed side cabinet was also broken . Draw stuck out the side of bed . It would not close . I kept catching my leg on it . The headboard was dirty . The stairs was very steep. Not the best hotel. won't stay again . Meals was awful . The bar busy with only 1 member of staff and a pile of dirty glasses sitting on the bar . The manager was more……

“Very pleasant location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only minus was that none of the electric chargers were working. But we would definitely return”

“Room was small but clean. As the weather was very hot they had put a small fan tower in the room which was extremely noisy but did cool the room down. Paid £13 each for breakfast and you had quite a good choice. Tea/coffee, several fresh juices, hot food cooked for you which was excellent. Nice bar area to relax. The price for our stay was extremely good value and we would definitely stay again.”

“Great sized accommodation and perfect location, just 10 minutes stroll from the heart of B-S-E.”

“The hotel is quirky, old coach inn. The staff were lovely and the room was as expected. We stayed in room 3 with the four poster bed. The only things that let the place down was the parking, if you parked at the back, there was only about 3 spaces and you need to fit through a tight gap to get to it. There is parking on the road but only free from 6pm Saturday night to Monday morning. The host did not mention that they had a party on the evening we stayed until we checked in. Although the music……

“I have stayed in the hotel for several time and always enjoy it. A great hotel if you want to visit the city. I never try to dinner but the breakfast is superb. Also a nice bar which provides great selection of drinks”
