「We loved our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were wonderful, but mostly, this is a gorgeous property! For such an historic property, it is so comfortable and beautiful! We wish we could have stayed longer!」

「Quietly 」

「Our stay at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel was a mixture of good and bad experiences. We arrived after 4 PM, the advertised check-in time, only to discover our room wasn’t ready. After finally getting our room, we had an extremely long walk to the elevator. My sister has Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) and POTS, which make walking long distances difficult. She was already struggling, so this was particularly frustrating. Our biggest complaint was the room temperature. It was 74°F, and we couldn’t adjust...

「Fantastic room. The property is still very new and any issues were very minor.」

「A small boutique hotel with not many rooms. If I had booked earlier, would have picked the room with balcony on 4/F instead of the standard room, of which the windows could not be opened. 」

「Overall wonderful」

「They lost my reservation, and wouldn’t work with Expedia for the miscommunication. Something was wrong with their system… and Expedia is also to blame… We had to find our own way. Just terrible on both ends…. We paid for this month’s in advance. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here… its a gamble.」
