Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
WARNING!
Hotels.com confirmed our stay, we paid for the accommodation, but when we arrived in the hotel, the reception said that there is NO RESERVATION in our name as they DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT with Hotels.com and that they are fully booked. We had to find another accommodation, while money was paid to Hotels.com for no reservation service at all.
