On entering through the large double doors, the 1st thing to strike you will be the elegant winging stairway, along with the polished marble floors. To your right hand side, you will find the vast spacious lounge, equipped with leather sofas, flat screen TV, satellite TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi. To your left you will find the elegant dining area, vast fully equipped kitchen and a small utility room. The kitchen opens out onto a large balcony looking straight to the sea. From the kitchen area you will also access the amazing private barbeque veranda with traditional Cypriot barbeque, outdoor dining table, plumbed water and electricity to satisfy even the most discerning chefs. Enjoy the amazing sea view or sunsets whilst dining alfresco cool drinks in hand. Down a number of steps you will access the private garage with direct access to the house. The ground floor also has a twin bedroom and a full bathroom next to it.



On ascending the winding staircase you enter a bright and airy landing with amazing sea view through the full length glass wall. Here you will find the master bedroom with walk in wardrobes, en-suite, king size bed and massive private balcony. The 2nd bedroom is a twin room again with a massive private balcony with sea view. The 3rd bedroom is a double bedroom with a small private balcony with mountain views. Both the 2nd and the 3rd bedroom share a full bathroom. There is also a mini kitchen on the upper floor with sink, 2 ring hob and a mini fridge.



Outside you will find your private swimming pool surrounded by manicured gardens. The gardens have been planted with orange and lemon trees, as well as roses and tropical plants. Villa Stalo is sure to delight even the most discerning of holiday makers.
