“The location of this hotel is very far from the city center of phfos (90 mins bus). We arrive the hotel at around 8 pm and the reception said there is no room available in the hotel. The reception said there is a room nearby and provide us only one return taxi for it but did not give us the detail location of the new allocated room. It takes 45 mins taxi up the hill to the new room. When we arrived the new room, it is not a hotel,just a normal apartment hold by other company and do not have any……

“We spent a wonderful week at the villa. The location was fantastic, really quiet and peaceful but only a 5 minute walk away from bars and restaurants. There was also a supermarket within the 5 min walk but we had a car and drove to the large Philippos supermarket which was one of the best supermarkets I have been to on my holidays- a wide selection of products plus a great deli, meat/fish counters and bakers. “Great villa in a great location for accessing lots of the Paphos area. Pool and garden was perfect for chilling during the day and evenings, and the ping pong table was an added bonus. Area around the villa was also quiet with walkable bars and restaurants.Owner was really nice and welcoming in communications and telling us about the area before we arrived.Would happily stay here again.”

“Beautiful villa and fantastic views. The villa was easy to find with the direction given. The lovely welcome package was greatly appreciated after a delayed flight. “Beautiful villa, central location with easy access to shops, restaurants and beaches. Clean and spacious rooms, excellent WiFi connection. The villa has everything you would need and the management company were fantastic. Carrie from ROCA was brilliant in resolving a problem with our pool and had someone out to help us in 30 minutes. “My wife and i had a fantastic ten days at Peyia Hills. The apartment was lovely with a large balcony which overlooked the beautiful pool area. The apartment is modern and very comfortable with all mod cons. There are a nice couple of bars a short walk away and a lovely bakery too. We went to Coralia beach , it has a great restaurant/bar ,the sunbeds and parasol are cheap 7.50 for the day. From booking to check out was a breeze thanks to great communication from our host. We hope to return soon.……
