In the hamlet Darana 10 km from the centre of Gravedona, 58 km from the centre of Como, 62 km from the centre of Lecco, on a slope, 10 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property with courtyard. 10 km long very bumpy, steep, narrow motor access (2 km via unmade road, mountain road). Parking at the house. Shop 11 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 11 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 3.7 km, railway station "Como" 58 km, pebble beach "Lido di Gravedona" 10 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km. Marina 10 km, golf course (18 hole) 37 km. Please note: Electricity only by solar energy. No electric devices with more than 250W (coffee machine, hairdryer).
