"Let’s start with the host, Ana. She was exceptional as a host and her home made fresh bread and goat cheese were a treat! Her rental unit was fantastic, a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath stone house on a hill overlooking a mountain!. The upstairs patio and the 1st floor patio and jacuzzi made our stay that much better! "Clean room, ac worked perfectly, beds were comfortable. Perfect place to stay for us as a family when visiting castelo branco. Breakfast they sent was amazing with fresh bread. Everything was perfect. Much better than staying in a hotel, for us, as a family. Elevator inside so we could easily bring the stroller inside"

"I rented three single rooms for my mother, my sister and I. The rooms are small. They’re just what you need. Everything is clean. They were comfortable little views of older buildings. I went with the option to include breakfast. It was a nice breakfast at a very reasonable price. Grateful to make the start of our day so easy. There is a pool we did not go because it started to rain. It looked very nice. Up the street and around the corner is the castle. It’s in a great location. It’s easy walking distance to your favorite sites. It is also a destination for motorcycle riders. They have a garage. There are some neighborhood cats that are really cute I recommend"

"Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. The pictures do not do it justice. The place is totally unspoilt so much to do around. You definitely need a car to get round. We came to the area to visit family, without that we would have never known about it. I would recommend to anyone wanting to experience the real Portugal. One last mention would be for Manuel, his attention to the property from making sure we had everything we needed, watering the grounds everyday. He’s a real asset to the property. Thank you again and we hope to stay again soon Nicola"

"Wonderful stay—highly recommended! Upon arrival, the receptionists were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which set a great tone for our stay. The room was perfectly clean and came equipped with an espresso coffee machine, which was a lovely touch. We also really enjoyed the good breakfast. Although we didn't have time to use all the amenities the hotel has to offer, like the spa and the outdoor pool, we had a fantastic experience. We will definitely return if we are back in the area!"
