"Cecilia" is a charming semi-detached house spanning approximately 200 square metres across 3 levels, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The property offers a well-thought-out distribution of living spaces that combines functionality with tasteful furnishings throughout.

On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room featuring a dining table and television, with direct access to the garden. A separate kitchen and living area is also located on this level, equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, and a bar, and it too benefits from a direct exit to the garden. A separate WC completes the ground floor facilities.

The lower ground floor houses a shower room with bidet and WC, providing additional convenience for guests.
