「Condo was updated & beautiful. Beds were comfy, condo has everything you need. Perfect location to the beach, pool, restaurants and shops. David the owner was fantastic and checked in to make sure you had everything you needed and was quick to respond if you had any questions. Highly recommend would definitely come stay again. 10/10」

「We did get a lot of rain but still had a great getaway. This place is close to the beach and there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Unit was clean and well appointed. Glad there is an elevator for the 4th floor! 」

「We loved being close to the beach. I appreciated the rules and regulations here because it ensured a peaceful visit. The other patron were nice, and respectful. Be aware that you will have to bring everything, like even toilet paper. There is a coffee maker and filters.」

「This was a great location and all information was clear and simple. Check in and out was seamless. The accommodation was very comfortable, well equipped and with everything worked well! The sliding door to the deck didn’t lock but may not be a big issue and the fridge had a noisy rattle but worked well. A new fridge would make the stay perfect especially for someone sleeping in the nearby bunk bed. The beach was beautiful and the saltwater pool was lovely and clean. We are planning to return.」

「We had the best week at Topsail Beach. We always stay at Queen’s Grant but this unit is by far the best one we’ve stayed in. They provided everything: beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, beach toys, etc. We can’t wait to go back! 」

Very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The condo was about a 1 min walk to the beach. I truly cannot say enough about the perfection of this condo for a small family!」

「The king bed and couch are 2 of the most uncomfortable pieces of furniture I have ever been on. The “dining area” is completely useless. The table blocks you from getting in and out to the bench, and the chest is so high you cannot feasibly sit there with your legs under the table. Also this unit at best fits 5 people there is bar seating, dining and a kitchen table. The kitchen was so poorly stocked.
