「Such a perfect location between Smoke hole caverns and Seneca Rocks! Walking distance to the famous Triangle Rock! Very spacious house. We LOVED having coffee and conversation in the breezeway. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable! We even got to meet our host, and he was most accommodating! Will stay here again! Book with confidence!」

「12 stars!!! (Inside joke with the host.) The place was clean and spacious and the host was great. I brought my son here for his 29th birthday to hike the rocks. The cottage provided everything we needed including a spectacular view of Seneca Rocks. Centrally located to many areas of interest. I’ll definitely be back. 」

「This place never disappoints. Very clean and well stocked. Lots of deer roaming the property. Between the creek and tranquil setting made for relaxing stay.」

「Place was very clean and walkable to campus. Plenty of room to spread out. The downstairs bed was super comfortable! We also enjoyed sipping wine on the porch! 」

「Cozy house with plenty of rooms and beds. Beautiful view of Seneca Rocks right on tbe front porch. Friendly host. Affordable. Next to a couple restaurants and a convenient store. No cell service, but Wi-Fi works great and can use Wi-Fi Calling.」

「It was super fantastic! It was just what my daughter and I were looking for. Everything was wonderful, the view was amazing and private. We loved that it was also close to everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and the little kitchen and bathroom were also very nice!」
