"As a loyal long term member of Hotels.com I was quite disappointed when I tried to extend my stay with another night at ME Sitges Terramar. As usual, I did it first on Hotels.com. Your price was Euros 315.00 for my type of room. Luckily, I asked the reception of the hotel how much they charge for one extra night and their price was Euros 258 for the same room. How do you explain this large difference of almost Euros 60??? How much more money did I pay throughout the years using Hotel.com services??? How can I trust Hotels.com with my future bookings??? I am very interested to hear your response. Dr. Adrian Sibian"

"Excellent breakfast "

"The staff were all very kind and spoke English to me. They were very knowledgeable and helped me save lots of money with the bus/train connections. I did not try the food but the ocean front room I had was PERFECT! The hotel is located on the strip and next to all the things. The only thing I didn't like is the pool wasn't open as it is not the "season" yet. I would have liked for them to notate that on their website. I will be back!"

"Excellent breakfast and waiters/ waitresses. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. My only issue was with the room cleaning because tea/milk/sugar were not replenished by the cleaner for two days running. "
