"Hotel policy of NOT providing any slippers was although floor appears dirty from shoe wearing staff was the main drawback of staying in this property. Staff attentive but management reluctance to guests request are disturbing "

"Floor is dusty, towel smelly and yellowish. Tv channel not working. Ceiling with spiderweb.. OMG..... Totally not suitable for family stay. Even im solo for biz also can't stand it"

"Property was dirty. Staff was unbelievably rude. Location is good - but there are 25 other hotels within a block or two, so no reason to stay at this location. The whole place was gloomy, almost creepy. Avoid. Pick another place. "
