Exclusive accommodation with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric cooktop, blender, sandwich maker, pots, frying pan and other basic utensils. The building consists of 2 blocks of 4 apartments each, located in a condominium with other houses and a guesthouse. The bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning and Ortobom/Ecoflex mattresses. We provide pillows and bed linens and towels. Come visit us! The space: The ideal place for your family to rest in peace and comfort, surrounded by nature and the natural beauty of the region. We are located in a family-friendly condominium, with other houses and a guesthouse, on a large plot of land surrounded by trees. The property has a mini-hiking trail and a viewpoint overlooking Armação do Itapocorói - a stronghold of artisanal fishermen. Other observations: Important Information! The voltage of the electrical outlets in Santa Catarina is 220v. We provide pillows and bed linens and towels. (1 set per stay - for longer stays please inquire). We kindly ask you to bring extra towels for the beach. The use of the accommodation's towels outside the apartments is not permitted. For cold weather, we provide microfiber duvets and blankets; the rooms also have air conditioning with a heating function. However, depending on your sensitivity, it would be advisable to bring some extra blankets to be safe.
