“Overall the property was very nice. It was great for a group with adults and teenage kids as there were two masters on the first floor and a hang out space downstairs for the kids. The location and dock for a boat as well as trampoline and second floor dock for jumping were enjoyed by all. Our only issues had to do with the cleanliness not being the best and the lack of some basics like more than one trash bag. “Our family (3 sons, 3 daughters-in-law and 6 grandchildren) do an annual summer vacation. We have been to the Outerbanks, Deep Creek Lake, Panama, Rehoboth Beach, the Thousand Islands, and some others. Everyone (even the 3 year olds) told us that this house at SML was the best vacation venue yet! - and I agree.
