“I have stayed at many Holiday Inn properties over the years and have never experienced anything like this. That’s what made this stay even more disappointing. I generally know what to expect from the brand, and this location fell far below those expectations in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience. I stayed for three nights, and from the moment I arrived, there were issues. The carpet smelled like wet dogs, the elevators were unreliable, and by the second day both……

“we stayed at this location because it was new and close by. The room we got was in poor shape out of three lamps one worked and one had no bulb and the other was shorting out. When we used the roll in shower the drain was so slow it flooded the bathroom so i used all of our towels to dry it up and more. the chrome shower bars had a lot of rust on them . When i called to see if they had my reservation they could not find it but it showed up later on they were going to charge me for my support……

“All of the staff especially the house Mann on the 10th floor were exceptional. I requested a few things and they got them to us promptly, we really enjoyed our experience here and we hope to return again soon!!”

“I had a clean room, bathroom, beds, and floors. I only have two complaints, the garage disposal needed to be cleaned out BADLY. It had the room smelling awful & if you’d go near the sink it was so strong it literally had me gagging! I did leave a note to the housekeeper on the little card that was in the room about that garbage disposal needing to be cleaned badly, it was also a empty beer can in one of the bathroom drawers. I took it out and threw it in the trash can. But other than them two……

“Clean rooms”

“This property meets minimum standards for habitation. There is never not the smell of marijuana being smoked somewhere on the property. The appliances in my room did appear to be new and worked well. The bed was worn out, but the sheets were clean. The walls were scarred and needed to be repainted when I moved the television set for better viewing. There was an old children’s cookie underneath the stand, and although I didn’t see any rodents or roaches if this is going to be the standard of……

“Poor cleaned and dirty sheets”

“So, here's the list: 1. The floors were sticky, which left my black socks dingy at the bottom. 2. The toilet flushes violently, with the water splashing back on you. 3. The shower was spraying both in the front and the back. It left water bubbles on the ceiling. 4. The towels had pubic hairs in them...they were sitting dry. 5. Even though they have a no smoking sign, you can tell(if you're not a smoker) that someone smokes near or in the room. 6. Sketchy people walking around the building and……

“Lobby Area and Adjacent Hallways smell absolutely awful and the carpet are stained brown. Room smelled like bleach and had orange residue on floors. Kitchenette was working and other amenities were fine.”

“The drawers in our room were dirty. We had to get the manager to come to fix the TV in our room. There was no one at the desk during check out on 5/31 so I inserted my key card at a nearby machine.”
