    It is located 150 m from the sandy beach “Playa Norte”, 250 m from the bus station “Parada Bus Interurban”, 300 m from the restaurant “La Luna”, 3 km from the supermarket “Mercadona”, 4 km from the town “Peñiscola”, 5 km from the rock beach “Raco Calent”, 6 km from the train station “Benicarlo/Peñiscola”, 8 km from the natural park “Parque Natural de la Sierra de Irta”, 50 km from the golf course “Panoramica”, 55 km from the “Castellon” airport, 100 km km from the “Port Aventura” amusement park and is located in a quiet area and within a residential area.

    It has an elevator, terrace, iron, covered outdoor parking in the same building and television.

    The American kitchen, with ceramic glass, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker.

    At your entrance we will give you the sheets and a small cleaning kit. Towels are not provided.

El contacto con la agencia muy bien nos han atendido estupendamente la limpieza una guarrada el anuncio no sé asemejaba mucho a la descripción del anuncio, cosas rotas deterioro en el inmueble muy viejo y sucios la puerta de ducha rota ventiladores asquerosos de sucios un desastre

Lo que menos me gustó es que no se contase con un ventilador en condiciones porque los días en los que estuvimos hizo muchísimo calor y por las noches no refrescaba. Tuvimos que comprarnos un ventilador. Por poco dinero creo que daría un valor adicional a la experiencia de la estancia.

El alojamiento (que debes dejar a las 10.00h y no puedes entrar hasta las 17.00h) hacen la limpieza de lo que ve la suegra porque la parte de arriba de la nevera y de una estantería que había estaban bastante sucias y pegajosas. Las sábanas que te daban amarilleaban. En las fotos sale una cafetera de dolce gusto, la cual no exisitía. No tiene ningún ventilador (al menos que funcione). Se lo comentamos a la agencia y nos llevó una cafetera italiana y un ventilador que no funcionaba. La taza del wc no traga, teníamos que andar echando cubos de agua, vino un fontanero, pero aún así seguía todo igual.
