"Gorgeous hotel and property. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. The on site restaurants and coffee shop are very good. There are many places throughout the hotel to sit and relax, read a book, or catch up on work. It is within walking distance to the Nittany Lion Shrine. "

"Overall, this hotel surprised me and impressed me. Rooms are spacious, clean, & organized. Service is amazing, the staff is on point with their kindness, help, & problem solving. Especially Linell. The location I would give about 4 Because of walkability to some places, however the CVS next door has a bus stop for CATA Buses, so that is great. Housekeeping only comes if you call the front desk which is great, unlike some other hotels where they knock on the door till they cause an earthquake. The housekeeping staff is amazing. They are quick & efficient as well as thorough with their cleaning. WiFi, they have WiFi, it’s not the best but not the worst either, I did a Speedtest and I was getting 15.3 Mb/s for Download & 2.23 Mb/s for Upload speeds. They also have a self service laundry room with a washer and dryer. They accept Tap to Pay Cards l, as well as Apple Pay. They do have Laundry detergent in that room, however you buy it with coins, and you can get some at the front disk in exchange for cash. Pretty good view for the room I was in, windows are clean from the inside and outside. Microwave and mini fridge. Great lighting, lamps, and adjustable mini LED for book reading. Overall, great experience for the price of $88 per night, would recommend & definitely stay here. Staff were really amazing."

"My room was very clean, and had plenty of lamps. Bed is comfortable, and there was a chair and footrest to relax in. I couldn't hear any noise from outside of my room. The desk staff was very courteous and able to respond to my needs quickly. "

"Great place for restricted budgets. Easy to find. Clean room, good air conditioning except a little bit noisy. Walk to the PSU campus and downtown are possible within 20 mins for me. Surrounding area is safe. Recommend! "
