Beautiful views , close to wineries!

Easy checkin, extremely clean!! Only downfall was low water pressure and the king size bed on master bedroom is shot, has a big dent in the center!

Beautiful Setting

Responsive management for garbage collection. Needs updates and good through cleaning. Old grungy kayaks and one life jacket. Everything is tired, worn and cheaply appointed for the price point.

Awesome location on the bluff

This property is located in a quite remote location down the Bluff. Only 20 min drive from Pen Yann. If you are an early bird you will enjoy sunrise on the deck while sipping your first morning coffee. We rented a boat for the week; the dock has a dedicated spot to tie the lines which makes it easy. The house has all you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. We cooked everyday and enjoy late dinners on the deck. The two available kayaks are a plus. Enjoyed a quick paddling trip every morning before all the boats get out. Cannot beat the location; this is a beautifully setting. Worth its 5 stars.

Great time with family

Lovely home with plenty of space. Enjoyed the deck, watching the activity occurring on the water. Well stocked kitchen, great grill, and very comfortable beds. Hope to return!

Great stay

Great house. Everything in description was accurate. There are a lot of steps down to the dock. Perhaps not the best for young kids, but nothing that deterred us from having a great vacation. We rented a boat and was able to dock overnight in front of the house. Little beach area perfect for kids. Size of the dock was also great for fishing, relaxing, and hanging out. Would recommend this house for your next Keuka Lake vacation.
