This house was perfectly located to explore Keuka and Seneca lakes. The house exceeded our expectations. The proximity to restaurants and stores in Penn Yan was an added bonus.

Nice large home

Clean, cozy, cute old home with lots of personality. Walking distance to shopping, dining. Close to several beaches on the lake. We stayed here for three days and loved the Gorge hike at Watkins Glen State Park(get there early on weekends to beat the crowds). It was 45 minutes from Palmyra and Fayette, LDS Church history sites and the drives were beautiful country drives. We'd definitely stay here again and next time, check out the waterfalls near Ithaca and do the Watkins Glen hike again.

Convenient location. small improvements: large bowl for serving salads or other food; bedrooms could use furniture that you can set things on - chairs, small tables? bunk bed room had no reading lamp or bedside table. something to set suitcases on.

Perfect girls week away

The house was perfect. We were able to check in early. When we walked in it smelled fresh and clean. Had everything we needed for a week away. Location was walking distance from shops and restaurants. Plenty of space in the house. The only thing I would suggest is changing out the handles on the drawers in the kitchen. We kept catching them and went home with some bruises. Other than that it was awesome!! Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Clean n comfy

House was very clean, beds comfy, all the amenities you might need, however tent tiny soap, shampoo and conditioner, close to town with restaurants and shops. Locking system took 6 tries to get to work, every time. Tv system not so great. Three remotes to try to juggle to see which one worked with what. The Roku remote arrow buttons did not work well, sometimes not at all

Penn Yan Easter

This home was clean and close to town which was wonderful. It allowed dogs so we could have our pets with us. We did not realize that it did not have cable and when I sent a question I only got a robotic answer. It was not answered to the home we stayed in. I feel the added fees are over the top. When I look for a place to stay I do expect taxes and cleaning expenses but our cost was almost double the price of the rent. Way too much!
