  • Modern A-frame set directly on Seneca Lake, offering a clean, design-forward space with floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful water views. Tucked on a quiet dead-end road, it’s ideal for couples or small groups looking for a peaceful escape.

    The home features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a lofted king suite with an ensuite bathroom and balcony, plus a main-floor queen bedroom. The open living area is bright and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and space to relax.

    Enjoy direct lake access with a private dock accommodating one small boat, unwind in the hot tub, or take in the views from the deck.

    Important Note: Dogs must remain leashed at all times while outside on the property.

    Located just minutes from Penn Yan and close to top wineries along the Seneca and Keuka Wine Trails, this is an easy, relaxing Finger Lakes getaway.

Getaway

This cabin was gorgeous! Super cozy and you cannot beat the location. We would absolutely stay here again and revisit. We had such and amazing weekend here.

This A-frame is tucked onto the lake front at the very end of an access road and is perfect for a getaway. The house is well-apportioned, views are lovely, and the hot tub has the benefit of screens and lake view. We watched ducks, ospreys and loons and went pebble and glass beachcombing while at the property, then made the short drive to Geneva to enjoy shops and cafes. There are also ,many, many wineries within a 15 minute drive.Don't be put off by the train tracks at the back of the property. We had at most two very short trains during the daytime hours and it really wasn't an issue at all.

Beautiful setting and lake home with stunning views. We traveled with 3 adults and a small dog and were comfortable. The house is well stocked and in good condition. We enjoyed the dock and the kayaks. Private and quiet (trains were short and infrequent). The only drawback was the width of the steps leading to the loft. They would not be appropriate for small children or those with mobility challenges. Otherwise an amazing setting, home and visit to Seneca Lake.

Very beautiful, private area. I would absolutely stay again. It was a perfect proximity to my favorite wineries. And make sure you try smokin Pete’s BBQ.
