Spacious, Scenic Lakefront Home – Perfect for Group Getaways

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lakefront home! The property is even more impressive in person—the photos really don’t do it justice. It was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly spacious, easily accommodating our group of 10 without ever feeling crowded.The highlight for us was the stunning view of the lake, especially from the furnished patio where we spent our mornings relaxing. It was the perfect setting to celebrate my husband's birthday. Plus, the location was ideal—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from some amazing wineries.We couldn't have picked a better spot and are already looking forward to staying here again!

just perfect! They thought of everything!

What a great experience and you can tell the owners thought through the details of what makes a great house and rental experience. The house easily accommodates 10 people (that is the maximum), with lots of space to be able to have your own space and time. The house is aesthetically pleasing and also functional. The cabana by the docks sealed the deal. The cabana has an ice machine, bathroom, floats, fishing poles, and a refrigerator. I actually caught a fish off the dock. It is such a peaceful location, with easy access to Penn Yann where you can buy groceries, eat at restaurants (great restaurants--italian and Mexican food). It's also right on the wine trail and on the way to hammondsport. This met every need we had and then some needs/wants that we didn't know, but the owners were on top of anticipating needs. This was exactly what four hockey moms needed while our daughters were at hockey camp in Rochester. Thank you for hosting us. If we get a chance, we will be back.
