Rustic stone house in Romagna with panoramic terrace and free Wi-Fi

  • The house "Casa delle Farfalle" is situated in the upper Valmarecchia to approximately 650 m altitude with a beautiful view in an original small village called Villa Maindi, 45 km from Rimini inland of Romagna.
    The two-story house, which was completely built in 2008/9 while retaining its original structure new again, consists of 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a large bathroom upstairs, where together in a separate part of the washing machine, the gas boiler and an iron ironing board are. You also expect a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine. The living room has a fireplace that heated with the upper bedrooms. Furthermore you will find a television with satellite connection and Wifi. From here you have direct access to the terrace with an incredible view of the nearest large town Pennabilli (there are also shops, restaurants, ice cream, etc.).
    For the terrace there is garden furniture: 4 wicker chairs and a table, umbrella, 2 deck chairs and a hammock. There is also a barbecue, which is located in the cottage with the firewood against the house.
    The area is ideal for hiking and mountain biking or just to relax. Those who prefer to excursions available, can drive in unique mountain villages, swimming in the nearby nearby mountain or go to the sea. Diverse information material and a German guide Area are also in the house.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Ein wundervoller Ort eine besondere Unterkunft. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Casa Farfalle sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und es ist alles sehr sauber. Die täglichen Dinge in der Küche sind komplett vorhanden. Der Ausblick von dem höher gelegenen Villa Maindi bis in die Umliegenden Berge und auf Pennabilli ist zu jederzeit atemberaubend. Die Kommunikation war super zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Der verwalter vor Ort sehr nett. Von uns eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Herrlicher unverbauter Blick auf Pennabilli

Die großzügig zugeschnittene Unterkunft über 2 Etagen mit vielen landestypischen Gestaltungselementen hat uns bestens gefallen. Das Haus war sehr vollständig und umfangreich mit allen technisch wünschenswerten Haushaltsgeräten ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 2 gut ausgestatteten e-Bikes vor Ort und haben mehrere Touren unternommen - sehr reizvoll, aber durchaus mit Herausforderung verbunden! Wer gerne im Urlaub auch mit seinem Auto noch etwas die nähere und auch etwas fernere Umgebung sich erschließen möchte und nicht unbedingt am Strand sonnenbaden muss/will, ist im sehr gebirgigen, aber doch noch recht küstennahen Apennin mit herrlichem Blick auf Pennabilli zu allen Tageszeiten immer wieder verzückt. Der Ort selbst hat diverse Museen und auf Erkundungsspaziergängen erschließen sich immer wieder neue Perspektiven und interessante Bereiche.

Ruhiges Kleinod mit traumhaftem Blick auf Pennabilli

Wir waren wirklich begeistert. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war wirklich alles wunderbar. Von dem Haus hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf Pennabilli und die Romagniolische Landschaft. Wie ein Gemälde 🥰 Die Vermieterin hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und alles gezeigt. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig und ohne Lärm der Zivilisation. In wenigen Minuten ist man im kleinen Ort Pennabilli oder einem der anderen schönen dörfer. Genießer von gutem Essen kommen in der Region auf ihre Kosten und man kann sich sehr gut selbst versorgen. Die Küchenausstattnung lies ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Großes Steinhaus in abgelegener, ruhiger und idyllischer Lage

Birgit ist vor und während unseres Urlaubs sehr gut erreichbar gewesen und sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen (Größe, Lage, Aufteilung, gute Küche). Die Betten waren leider etwas unbequem. Gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen. Sehr netter Ort "Pennabilli" für die Grundversorgung und guten Restaurants.

Authentischer Italienurlaub

Ein schön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf Pennabilli und die umliegende schöne Landschaft. Die Nachbarn waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt vor Ort war herzlich und wir bekamen viele tolle Tipps. Das Haus hat alle nötigen Dinge, die man im Alltag benötig. Das Schwimmbad in Ponte Messa ist für deutsche Verhältnisse teuer, aber lohnt sich. Sonst wäre es für unsere Kids wohl ein wenig zu einsam gewesen. Eine Tour zum nahe gelegenen Bergfluss ist ein MUSS. Für kleine Kinder jedoch nicht geeignet. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es leider für die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses. Der direkt nebenan befindliche Nachbar ist schon sehr deutlich zu hören. Empfehlen würden wir das Haus trotzdem zu 100 Prozent . Für uns ist es eine zweite Reise wert.

Schönes altes Steinhaus in wunderschöner Gegend

Wir hatten hier eine sehr schöne Woche. Die Gegend ist einfach wunderbar und das Haus ist sehr schön und bestens ausgestattet. Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr nett und unsere Tochter hatte viel Freude daran draußen herum zu springen und die Hunde und Katzen der Nachbarschaft kennen zu lernen. Die Kommunikation klappte auch sehr gut.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub in familiärer Atmosphäre verbracht. Das Haus ist auf dem neuesten Stand und verbindet Altes mit der Moderne. Der Ausblick auf Natur und die Stadt Pennabilli ist atemberaubend. Weg vom Massentourismus um mal wirklich zur Ruhe zu kommen und doch alles im Umkreis was man brauch. In einer guten Stunde ist man in Rimini am sehr sauberen und schönen Strand und im nahen Umkreis liegen Supermarkt, Bäcker, Bank und Cafés. Ein Flussbett welches ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß hinter dem Haus liegt, lädt zu einer schönen Wandertour ein. Dabei kann man Echsen und allerlei tolle Dinge sehen. Dieses Haus ist sowohl für Familien als auch für die ältere Gesellschaft super geeignet. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern da und wollten nicht mehr weg. Die Vermieter sind super herzlich und helfen in allen Belangen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen! Eure Paulis!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Pennabilli! Das Haus liegt idyllisch in den Bergen und eignet sich hervorragend für entspannte Ferien in der Natur. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und hat uns viel Platz für vier Personen geboten. Wir kommen gerne ein weiteres Mal :-)

wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick

Ein schön renoviertes Steinhaus, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den naheliegenden Ort Pennabilli. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hier fehlt es an nichts. Ein schönes Domizil zum relaxen aber auch um schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen. In Pennabilli gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine sehr gute Eisdiele, Restaurants und besonders die Bar Dolce Vita ( sehr freundliches Personal ) ist hier sehr zu empfehlen.

Traumhafte & Ruhige Lage

Wir waren zu viert eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Wir haben die Ruhe super gefunden und konnten den stressigen Alltag einfach mal hinter uns lassen. Dazu eignet sich dieses Haus einfach bestens. Es ist vollkommen ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben die gute Lage für Ausflüge nach San Leo, San Marino, Rimini und natürlich Pennabilli genutzt. Außerdem haben wir das Haus als Ausgangspunkt von 2 Wanderungen genutzt. Die Natur ist lädt förmlich dazu ein, diese per Fuß zu erkunden! In Pennabilli gibt es gemütliche Cafes, gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine sehr leckere Eisdiele. Wir sind ab Berlin bis Bologna geflogen und dann gemütlich mit dem Mietwagen nach PEenabilli - Villa Maindi gefahren.Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. :-)

Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit zu genießen weiß, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Tolle Gastgeber und ein Umfeld (sehr kleine dörfliche Gemeinschaft) das einen jederzeit das Gefühl gibt, herzlich willkommen zu sein. In einem Umkreis von 15 Autominuten findet man alles was man braucht und noch ein wenig mehr. Die Wohnung selbst ist sowohl modern, als auch typisch eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Hoher Wiederholungsfaktor.

Fantastisch!!

Een ruime nette woning voorzien van alle gemakken, indien nodig. Een fenomenaal uitzicht en een prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan grotere plaatsen in de omgeving. Fijne start voor het maken van "ruige" wandelingen volgens een wandelkaart of routes. Zeker een aanrader als je een rust en natuur liefhebber bent. Geweldig, we komen zeker terug.
